Coln House brightens local community

Fairford Town Council again asked Coln House School to plant the town centre wooden tubs. This year the garden staff and pupils selected a combination of fuchsia and pinks supported by lobelia which were planted in the last week of May.

The plants were raised by the pupils and garden staff. Seeds were started in January in propagators, then pricked out into individual pots with a mixture of purchased and school-made compost.
