The Coln House Connect & Collect Card
A card is given to every pupil in the school and will have their name, account number, photo and the Connect & Collect logo. All cards need to be handed into staff every Friday for updating by the PST, and will be returned on Monday morning.

How to earn Connect Points?
Every point (day and evening) earns the pupils 'connect points' that they can exchange for gifts. Students can receive extra 'connect' points in the following ways:
- Reaching higher league status
- Accumulation of 5's.
- Doing jobs around the school.
- Being a prefect
Who enters 'connect points' on to the card?
The hub will update the points weekly and turn them into Connect points. Some pupils will be awarded extra Connect points like tokens. It is the pupil's responsibility to get their card topped up by the PST in the hub.
How to access points?
All pupils can use the card number to log in online and this will be updated every Friday. You can find this on the school website. A list of items will be on the school web page for the pupils to order from.
How to exchange points?
Connect Points can be exchanged by request through a simple form filling task (signed by CC). The points will then be deducted from the card and the item will be ordered ready to collect from the Hub.
Conditions of the card
- Loyalty points can only be entered by the PTS.
- Accounts will be frozen if any damage caused by the card holder has NOT been paid in full and authorised by SLT.
- Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for money.
